Description

Powerlifting (Beginner Friendly)

A beginner-friendly class focused on learning and improving the squat, bench press, and deadlift. You’ll be coached through proper technique, safe loading, and simple progressions to help you build strength with confidence.

IWB Strength

A supportive full-body strength class designed for all levels. Sessions focus on learning fundamental lifts, building strength gradually, and improving overall fitness in a coached, structured environment.

Women’s Strength

A welcoming strength class for women of all experience levels. Focused on learning how to lift, building strength, and gaining confidence, with plenty of coaching support and scalable options.

Women’s Weightlifting (WL)

An introduction-friendly Olympic weightlifting class focused on the snatch and clean & jerk. Ideal for women who want to learn the lifts step-by-step or refine technique in a supportive, non-intimidating space.

Weightlifting (WL)

A coached Olympic weightlifting class suitable for beginners and experienced lifters alike. Sessions focus on technique, mobility, and skill development, with progressions tailored to your level.

WL Basics (Beginner Friendly)

Our most beginner-focused weightlifting class. Learn the foundations of Olympic lifting, including barbell positions, movement patterns, and basic techniques — no prior experience required.

Youth Weightlifting (Youth WL)

A safe, structured class introducing young athletes to strength training and weightlifting fundamentals. Emphasis is on technique, coordination, and confidence, using age-appropriate coaching and progressions.
